By downloading or using this app (“App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
Crisp is a document utility app that lets you convert PDFs to editable Word documents, extract text from scans and photos (OCR), convert images to Word documents, generate visual summaries, and split or merge PDF files. Some features process your files on our servers using third-party AI services.
Some features of the App are available through auto-renewable subscriptions. Before confirming a purchase, you will see the subscription price, duration, and renewal terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You retain all rights to the files and documents you upload to the App (“Your Content”). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the requested conversion or summary result. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to upload and process it. You must not upload any content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or that you are not authorized to use.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, including how uploaded files are processed and retained.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including all content, graphics, and code, are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted while using the App.
The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Conversion and AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies, and the Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any result. You should review all results before relying on them. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, or from reliance on any result produced by the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
